Obverse
The internal part of the part represents the cathedral, the Alcazar and the Archivo of Indias of Seville. The three buildings are an admirable monumental ensemble in the very heart of Seville. The first two providing an exceptional testimony to the civilization of the Almohads and on Christian Andalusia, all penetrated by Moorish influences from the reconquest from 1248 to the 16th century. The Giralda minaret, masterpiece of Almohade architecture, adjoins the cathedral with five naves, which is the largest Gothic building in Europe and houses the gigantic tomb of Christopher Columbus. The former Lonja, Devenie Archivo de India, keeps it the most precious of the archives relating to the colonies of America. On the upper edge, the inscription "SEVILLA", on the bottom, the name of the emitting country "Espana", and the year of program "2024" with the workshop brand of the Spanish currency.
