Logging into your customer account is now done from the product menu. You will find a login icon at the top, above the search bar. You can also access it from one of our newsletters with the login link at the bottom of the page.
We can only estimate your coins if they are in Silver or Gold.
You can contact us by email at: contact@pieces-et-monnaies.com and by sending us photos of the coins and as many details as you have on them.
The majority of circulating €2 coins are not worth more than €2. We therefore do not take back any of these coins.
All our products (except the €2 Current coins) have a certificate and an official mintage number provided with the product.
Yes, all our products have a legal guarantee of conformity. The legal guarantee of conformity is a guarantee against all manufacturing defects when purchasing or delivering a product.
Beyond simply creating an account, it allows you to view your orders, modify your personal information and benefit from the loyalty program.
You can pay for your order by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
We work with 2 different carriers for the delivery of your order:

Refunds are made by the same means of payment as that used for the payment of the order (If it is a transfer, we will ask you for your Bank Identity Statement)
