The interior part of the part represents the official logo of the IYPH 2020 which symbolizes the leaves and on the exterior edge "International Year of Plant Health"(International Year of Plant Health).

In the lower part, the code of the "Be" emitting country and the year of issue of the play "2020". As the Dutch royal currency will strike the pieces, the workshop brand of Utrecht, a Mercury stick is located on the right and on the left the trademark, the coat of arms of the town of Herzele.

- The external ring of the room represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
