Obverse

The drawing represents the "monument dedicated to women and men ofAndorrian who launched the Constitution, "erected on the place of the General Council (the Parliament of Andorra). This monument, which represents the silhouettes of a man and a woman, celebrates the will expressed by Andorrans citizens, during the referendum which was held on March 14, 1993, to see the Principality become a Democratic and social law, as expressed in article 1 of the Constitution. To the right of the monument is the map of the Andorra decorated with the Latin inscription "Virtvs Vnita Fortior" (the United Virtue is stronger), which is the currency of the Principality. The drawing is surrounded by the following inscription: "25th Aniversari de la Constitució 1993-2018" (25th anniversary of the Constitution 1993-2018), and by the name of the country, "Andorra".

The outside ring of the room represents the twelve stars of European flag.
