50 years of television - Austria - Currency of 25 euro silver niobium - 2005
€229,95
Considered a classic of retro design in Austria today, the original Austrian TV test card from the 1950s, used for calibration and focusing at the start and end of the diffusion day, is decorated with the nucleus in Niobium purple of the obverse of the play. The country of origin and the nominal value are indicated on its external silver ring. The milestones in the history of television, ranging from an analog television from the 1950s to contemporary digital parabolic antennas, are represented on the silver ring on the reverse of the play, just like the inscription "50 years of television" in German . An old superimposed television antenna on the European part of the globe is represented in the nucleus of Niobium.
