On the right side the name of the issuing country "SAN MARINO", followed by the name of the artist "PERUGINO" on the right, the year of his death "1523", the year of issue of the coin "2023" and the mint mark of Rome "R".
- The outer ring of the coin represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
