The year 2022 testifies to two major European events. January 1, 2022 marked the 20th anniversary of the circulation of the euro, replacing the franc and becoming in the same way the European currency of the member countries of the euro zone. In addition, France will chair the Council of the European Union in 2022, 13 years after its last presidency.
