Obverse

The internal part of the room represents the owl chevêche in its natural habitat on a tree surprised by the moon. In the upper part, the inscription "Athene Noctua" and in the lower part the facial value "5 euro". 

Reverse

The reverse represents a portrait with the geometric features of its Royal Highness The Grand Duke Henri. Perpendicular to the portrait on the left side the inscription: "Lëtzebuerg 2024" in two lines.
