The internal part of the room represents at the center a man and a woman in medical clothes with masks, a stethoscope and a medial file representing doctors and nurses working on the front line in the fight against COVDI-19.

On the top around the room, the word "grazie" followed to the right of a heart -shaped symbol and on the left of a reproduction of the medical cross.

In the center, the monogram of the Italian Republic "RI" and on the right the brand of the currency of Rome "R" accompanied at the bottom of the year of program "2021".

- The external ring of the room represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
