On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the designation of Rome as the capital of Italy, the IPZS issues a piece in order to commemorate this important moment in the construction of the country. We find there the portrait of the goddess Rome whose sculpture is present in the heart of the monumental staircase of the palace of Victor Emmanuel II.
