The inner part of the coin depicts a design that celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Declaration of the Rights of Citizens and the Fundamental Principles of the San Marino Legal System, with an open book on which appears the legend "I DIRITTI DELLA PERSONA UMANA SONO INVIOLABILI". In the upper part the name of the issuing country "SAN MARINO", and in the lower part the year of issue of the coin "2023" and the mint mark of Rome "R".
