The inner part of the coin depicts the feet of Prince Francis in a half-smooth, half-rough composition. In the upper part in a semicircle the inscription "HRH of Prince Francis" accompanied by the date of birth "27.3.2023".

The reverse shows a portrait with geometric features of His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri. Perpendicular to the portrait on the left side is the inscription: "LËTZEBUERG 2023" in two lines.
