In the heart, the engraving represents the bust of Christophe Columbus, with in the background the three boats of his first trip to the discovery of India. Above the name of the state "San Marino" with around the face the "R" of the monetary workshop of Rome, the dates "1506" "2006" and the initials "LDS" of the Luciana engraver of Simonia.
