OBVERSE

In the very center of the face of the coin, a snake undulates around a ring engraved with traditional Chinese motifs. The reptile is in motion, partially wrapped around the ring and as if ready to escape from the edges of the coin decorated with orchids, the flower associated with this sign. The impression of calm that emerges from the representation of the snake refers directly to what is one of the main characteristics of the natives of this sign. The ideogram "Snake" appears on one of the curves of the body of the latter. The year 2025 as well as the inscription "Year of the Snake" appear on the contours of the design.

REVERSE

On the reverse, we find all the animals of the Chinese zodiac spread out on a screen surrounding a traditional temple door. A complete cycle of the Chinese zodiac begins in 2018 and lasts until 2029. Each of these twelve years therefore highlights an animal from this calendar. The face value is visible at the top left and the word "RF" is located on the door.
