The drawing represents the European Union flag, symbol that unites peoples and cultures sharing a vision and an ideal for a better common future. Twelve stars that turn into human silhouettes symbolize the birth of a new Europe. At the top right, in a semicircle, the emitting country, "Repubblica Italiana", are indicated, and the years, "1985-2015". On the right, between the flag and the years is the workshop brand R. The artist's initials (Georgios Stamatopoulos) are at the bottom right. The outside ring of the room represents the twelve stars of the European flag.
