Obverse

The internal part of the room represents a commemorative drawing for the 250 years of the Foundation of the Finance Guard. It is a stylized version of the heraldic emblem of the finance guard that interprets the concept of security and gives a future vision of the role of the body. This emblem includes various elements: the mountain, the sea and the sky, the natural environments where the body operates, the griffin (mythological animal which according to legend watches over the treasure) represented by the treasure of the state, and the crown to turrets. In the upper part the inscription "Guardia di Finanza" and in the lower part, "RI", acronym of the Italian Republic, and the dates "1774-2024", respectively the year of creation of the body of the Guardia di Finanza and year of the play. On the right, "R", identifying the currency of Rome, and "MB", initials of the designer Marta Bonifacio.
