Obverse

At the top, from left to right in a semicircle, is the inscription of the emitting country "Stato della città del Vaticano". In the lower part are the years "1929" and "2019" and, below, the name of the artist "Fusco".
The outside ring of the room represents the 12 stars of the European flag.
