Obverse

In 2023, the National Hôtel des Invalides was a Parisian monument built to accommodate the
Invalids from his armies until 1937. It also houses the Saint-Louis cathedral, the Museum of Armies and a military necropolis with in particular the tomb of Napoleon 1er. It also brings together a number of organizations dedicated to the memory of veterans and the support of wounded soldiers. It will notably host the Olympic and Paralympic archery, athletics and tracking on track.

Reverse

The reverse common to the series presents a view of Paris where the Seine takes on track appearance
athletics. The Eiffel Tower dominates the city and illuminates the competition.
