In 2016, the Europa programs, which celebrated the highlights of European construction, and Europa Star, which brought together European countries around common commemorative documents, merged. With a common -faced structure, each country celebrates the different ages of Europe within each nation. In 2017 for the romantic and modern era, Belgium and Greece joined the first 7 countries that are Spain, Ireland, France, Finland, Malta, Portugal and Italy.
The romantic and modern period in France is mentioned on the reverse, through three significant symbols of the 19th century: Victor Hugo, the greatest literary figure of this century, the Eiffel Tower, a technological prowess which was built during the Universal Exhibition 1889 and the painting "Liberty guiding the people" of Eugène Delacroix, evoking the revolution of the 3 glorious 1830 reversing the July monarchy of Louis-Philippe. The French flag has the hieraldic symbols of blue, white and red.
The structure of the face, common to all countries of the Europa Star program presents a star, from the logo. The theme of the year and the name of the issuing country are inscribed in an arc of a circle. At the heart of the face we find the national element. The Europa goddess, is dressed in floating flags.
The vintage and the different are located at the bottom left of the room.
