Germany 2019 - 5 Euro commemorative - Temperate zone - Lot of the 5 workshops
This play is the third program of the series in five parts "Climatic zones of the Earth", which started in 2017 and which will be issued once a year until 2021.
The design of the commemorative face is from the artist Peter Lasch of Berlin. The value side, which is used for all pieces in the series, was designed by artist Stefanie Radtke from Leipzig.
On the image side, the development of the cultural landscape, which is particularly characteristic of the temperate zone, is represented by stylized arable lands with a suggested forest edge. The hare of the fields placed in the center is representative of the open landscapes of the temperate zone. The typical change of seasons of this climatic zone is expressed by the autumn branch of the oak. The silhouette describes the mixed hardwood forest that characterizes the landscape and the areas.
The value side shows an eagle, the inscription "Bundesrepublik Deutschland", the value, the year 2019, the twelve European stars and - according to the currency - the brand "A" (Berlin), "D" (Munich), " F "(Stuttgart)," G "(Karlsruhe) or" J "(Hamburg).
The smooth edge of the part bears an inscription set back: Klimazonen der Erde ∙
The 5 euros "temperate zone" room consists of two different copper-nickel alloys and a translucent polymer ring.
